Personalized one to one yoga


Based on our environment and life experiences, our body, nervous system capacity and needs are unique and different. If you are someone that has been leaning towards a personalized practice, one that can honour where you are in your body and life, that makes sense.

In the time I've offered private yoga, I have worked with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and ages groups. You might be -

  • ~ A busy professional (and/or a parent) looking to improve your health in a more private setting.
  • ~ A school/college student looking to bring calm and focus into your life.
  • ~ Someone with a health challenge, seeking support in your healing process.
  • ~ Someone experiencing symptoms of stress/anxiety, looking to bring safety and ease into your body.
  • ~ A gym-goer/athlete seeking to compliment your training with a customized yoga practice.
  • ~ A beginner or senior citizen looking to bring movement and balance into your life.

I offer different practices to meet different bodies and needs. Some of us benefit from a slower, gentler practice (therapeutic yoga / yoga therapy/ somatic yoga) while some of us might benefit from a specialized, slightly more challenging practice (strengthening/stretching/stamina building). Whatever the case, my job is to meet you where you are and to guide you towards a safe and sustainable practice that takes your nervous system into account.

A personalized practice can create that space for you to focus on whatever matters the most to you. It can help you to integrate better self-care into your life and support you to be healthier and happier long-term.

I also offer trauma-informed Yoga for Fibromyalgia and a one-to-one Fibromyalgia Wellness Program in Cork and internationally. I offer sessions both face-to-face and online.
